Scope
Paper Per Hour provides access to digital study tools and subscription features. Any plan-specific trial, billing interval, cancellation term, or promotional condition shown during checkout forms part of the applicable purchase terms.
Canceling a subscription
You may cancel an eligible recurring subscription through available account controls or by contacting support. Cancellation normally prevents future renewal while access continues for the remainder of a paid billing period unless the checkout terms or applicable law provide otherwise.
Refund requests
Refund requests are reviewed individually. Contact support promptly with the email on the account, the charge date, and a concise explanation. Do not send full card details.
We may approve a refund where required by law or where a verified duplicate charge, billing error, or material service failure makes a refund appropriate.
Technical problems
If a technical problem prevents meaningful use, report it with the affected feature, approximate time, and troubleshooting details. We may first attempt to restore access or provide a reasonable remedy before deciding a refund request.
Items generally not refundable
Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, refunds may be declined for used subscription periods, failure to cancel before renewal, dissatisfaction based solely on AI output, or issues caused by unsupported devices, third-party connectivity, or use contrary to the Terms.
AI output and academic decisions
AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be checked against original sources. Grades, admissions decisions, or other academic outcomes are outside Paper Per Hour’s control and are not guaranteed.
How to request help
Email info@paperperhour.com with the subject “Billing or refund request.” We may request reasonable information to verify the account and transaction.
